Jus B Media is a boutique social media management firm in Wooster, OH that specializes in services such as website design, reputation management, logo design, and more. Jessica Wagner grew up in Doylestown, OH, and began her journey to success by earning a Bachelor of Science in Communication. She worked on social media for small businesses starting in 2010, and loved the work so much that she started Jus B Media in 2015. Jessica recognized the challenges she’s had to overcome along the way, namely, being a woman in a male-dominated industry. She also mentioned the difficulty a lot of small business clients have when it comes to branding, resulting in her having to teach her clients how to be a client. This usually means she ends up creating the brand for the client, when that info should come from them in the first place. In her journey of becoming a #GirlBoss, Jessica has dominated these challenges and learned from the process. She now takes a step back and lets the business owners be a client, so she can help them determine what they need assistance with and how she can make these changes.
Jessica empowers herself and others through teaching. From workshops to training her team, teaching is what allows Jessica to pass on her social media savvy to others. She hopes that by teaching business owners, they will feel empowered and be inspired to do a better job for their businesses. To Jessica, being a #GirlBoss means stepping up and taking chances.
