Allison + Nick’s Charming Rustic Wedding
The rustic charm of The Grand Barn at the Mohicans set the scene for Allison and Nick’s wedding. Nestled in Mohican State Park, this venue provides a large, modern barn surrounded by quaint ‘tree houses’. The barn overlooks an outdoor space tucked in the woods, where Allison and Nick’s ceremony was held.
The décor for Allison and Nick’s wedding was complete with lots of greenery and sunflowers, as seen in the centerpieces and ceremony arch. The wedding cake was a simple and elegant two-tiered cake with white frosting and some sunflower accents. The venue space is so beautiful that only minimal décor is needed; the barn speaks for itself!
Allison wore a stunning boho gown with intricate detail, and an updo finished with flowers and jewels. Her bouquet was a stylish arrangement of sunflowers with white and blue accents. Allison’s bridesmaids wore light blue, full length dresses and carried matching bouquets.
Nick and his groomsmen wore deep gray suits with light blue ties and sunflower boutonnieres. No suit jackets were needed to complete this look on this sultry July day.
